My unwavering curiosity about the unique and diverse ways in which life expresses itself, always drew me towards nature, art, music and people.
I was attracted to Nia as a way to improve my overall health and develop greater ease, after a difficult period of time through 2017. I took classes with Ildiko Miklos in Leicestershire and Nia became a significant part of my life.
In 2020 I stepped into my White Belt training as a way to deepen my understanding and knowledge of the practice. Currently I am a Nia Brown Belt, trained in Moving to Heal and MoveIT.
I am passionate about the multifaceted benefits which the practice delivers. My classes encourage self-discovery through the Art of Nia.
